The Greatness Project is a Pamumvuri leadership formation programme using realistic pressure situations, private reflection, facilitated peer dialogue and continuing practice.
Match the group
- Schools: Leadership Foundations before formal selection; Prefects after selection or appointment; Staff Champions for school-appointed adult stewardship. These can form a Whole-School Leadership System.
- Tertiary institutions: Trailblazers for students primarily in education, preparing for independence and workforce entry.
- Employers and professional bodies: Emerging Professionals for responsibility inside employment or a formal professional pipeline.
- Boards, executives and convenors: Leaders in Industry for decisions with systemic, governance or public-trust consequences.
- Career and enterprise enquiries: Discuss Pathfinders or Builders of Enterprise before assuming a detailed specification.
Choose the depth
Ignition: Leadership Lab, pressure framework, private Journal and basic guidance. Formation: a 90-day Integration Journey, guided dialogue, practice and basic tracking. Stewardship: an expanded 180-day journey, deeper facilitation, measurement design and governed continuity. Staff Champions capacity transfer is separately scoped.
Answer the three buying questions
- For the operational owner: Agree participant eligibility, calendar, liaison, staff time, contact arrangements and escalation routes.
- For finance: Investment is confirmed after scope. Tier, cohort scale, facilitation load, setting and adoption requirements determine the quotation. No fee or commercial term is presumed.
- For executives and Boards: The intended value is more deliberate judgement, responsible action and continuity. Define indicators before delivery and review implementation before making impact claims.
Protect the participants
No compelled disclosure. Private Journals do not become selection, HR, disciplinary, recruitment or sponsor records. Schools retain selection and safeguarding authority. Confidentiality remains subject to lawful duties. Sponsors may fund access but do not buy participant access or influence.
Confirm before commissioning
Participant group; institutional authority; selected tier; approved facilitator and liaison; fees; dates; delivery capacity; consent; data retention; safeguarding; reporting; measurement; and ownership of continuity arrangements.
