What you gain
from taking part.

You practise difficult decisions and conversations with guidance, reflect privately on your own habits and leave with actions to apply.

The 90-day and 180-day options add group discussions, practice and check-ins. Group availability and joining arrangements are confirmed when you enquire.

For parents
and guardians.

Use the course guide to discuss the transition your young person is facing. The aim is to help them develop their own judgement, take responsibility and know when to seek support.

School leadership courses and under-18 participation are arranged through authorised school staff. Parents and guardians can ask about the relevant course and discuss it with the school.

How to join.

Can I reserve a place online?

The first step is an enquiry. We will confirm the course, available group, dates and fees before any booking. The website does not take payment or reserve places.

Can my employer or university arrange the course?

Yes. Share the course guide with the person responsible for staff training or student development. They can request a proposal for a group.

Do I need to take every course?

No. Choose the course relevant to your current stage. The courses are not a degree sequence.

Is this a mental health treatment programme?

No. It teaches life skills and leadership. It can complement appropriate personal or professional support, but it does not provide diagnosis, therapy or crisis care.

NEXT STEP

Ask about a course.

Tell us who it is for. We will discuss the course, format, dates and fees. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a booking.
